About Me

It took me years to feel comfortable with calling myself an artist. I felt like I needed a degree to be legitimate. So I got one. I felt like I had to sell my art. So I sold some. But now I am comfortable just being who I am.

I am a creative person. That means I paint, I draw, I design things. I always feel my best when I am creating something and sharing it with others is even more gratifying.

I have over 20 years experience as a graphic designer and continue to work for select clients, but at this point in my life, I choose to concentrate on my art.

I am focussing my attention on painting watercolor now. I am currently living in Maine where every day a watercolor challenge presents itself with scenic coastlines, magical skies and enchanting forests.  I challenge myself to paint daily. I challenge myself to focus. And I challenge myself to grow.
